I’m an Associate Professor of Human-Centered Information Design and Technology and Director of the M.S. in Technical Communication Management at Mercer University. I’m also a researcher, teacher, and consultant. I specialize in UX, content strategy, and AI, and help people enhance their communities and organizations through innovative communication solutions.
